We've developed an innovative concept design for the active recreation space at Mount Waverley Reserve (Mount Waverley), which is planned for the southeast corner of the reserve. We sought community feedback on the design by Sunday 19 May 2024.

This project is the final stage of the implementation of the Mount Waverley Reserve Masterplan, which was endorsed by Council in November 2021, and will provide non-structured recreation opportunities for the community to enhance health and wellbeing and social connection.

This report, and the underlying feedback, will be used by the project team and the designers to revise and finalise the concept plan, in line with the project's budget and scope.

While the project's design was included in the 2023/2024 capital works program, construction is not expected to be completed until the 2026/2027 capital works program.
