We are excited to start works at Rembrandt Drive Reserve playspace in Wheelers Hill.

We previously asked for your ideas on how we can improve this valued space and shared a draft concept plan for your feedback. Thank you to everyone who contributed your thoughts on the project.

The upgrade works will begin on 24 April 2024, and we anticipate completion by 30 May 2024.

Some highlights of the new playspace include:

• Multi-play unit
• Multi-user carousel
• Double swing with accessible attachment
• Nature play area with plants
• New park seat.

To ensure the safety of the community, we will close the playspace during construction and place site fencing around the playspace until the works are completed.

There may be minor traffic disruption during the day when supplies are delivered. We apologise for this inconvenience.

In 2022, Council sought ideas and feedback from the local community for a new playspace at Rembrandt Drive Reserve, Wheelers Hill.

We incorporated some of the community’s ideas into an exciting draft concept plan and sought community feedback for it in 2023.
