Pavilions are necessary in new public toilets considering there are not much weather-safe areas in open parks, male and female needed too.

All male visitors forced to access the home changeroom @ Warrawee Park during summer - which has only 1 toilet & 2-man urinal. Inadequate.

The Oakleigh Golf Course is a venue for keeping older people active and generally older people need to relieve them selves more frequently
