Rivett Crescent Reserve playspace has now re-opened for children and the community to enjoy, with new play equipment and landscaping. Thank you to those who participated in this project and helped us to create a playspace that is valued by the local community.

Play features for the revitalised pocket park include a new custom play unit with monkey bars, climbing web and slides, new swings and a 3-seat rocker. New gardens border the reserve, along with rocks and logs installed at the edge of the playspace.

The reserve also includes a new accessible path, bench seat and picnic table.

In 2021 and 2022, Council sought ideas and feedback from the local community for a new playspace at Rivett Crescent Reserve, Mulgrave.

The community’s ideas were incorporated into an fun and engaging concept plan and construction began in early 2023.
