Design work underway for development

The redevelopment of Jack Edwards Reserve in Oakleigh is one step closer, with detailed design work underway after Council appointed Katz Architecture for the project at their meeting on Tuesday 31 January.

Home of National Premier League team, the Oakleigh Cannons, the project will see facilities at Jack Edwards Reserve upgraded to provide a new pavilion with facilities which meet the requirements for a National Premier league facility, including:

  • Four female friendly change rooms
  • Two female friendly umpire change rooms
  • First aid room
  • Timekeeper and media room
  • 500-seat grandstand
  • Upgrade of the existing LED lighting to 350 lux on the main pitch.
