Council has facilities it leases which have expired or are due to expire in 2026/27.
We propose to offer new leases to the tenants listed below for a term of 10 years or more. The proposed leases do not change the use or management of these facilities.
Council needs to give notice for proposals to lease, as part of the budget process under the Local Government Act 2020.

This land is currently managed by Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action. Council is expected to become the Committee of Management by 2025/26 or 2026/27 financial year. The lease will only proceed if Council is officially appointed as the Committee of Management for the Crown Allotment.
