In accordance with the Local Government Act 2020, Council has developed a 10-year Asset Plan. The Asset Plan sets the framework for how Council manages Infrastructure and Building assets, under its control, through their asset lifecycle. It documents Council’s strategies in managing these assets, as well as future challenges and opportunities facing Council in the future. The Asset Plan also documents Council’s commitment to investing in assets to meet the service delivery needs of our community and addresses the aspirations of the community vision, priorities of the Council Plan and alignment with the Financial Plan.
