Council thanks those who made submissions to the Budget, and has adopted the Budget without changes. The report on submissions and adopted Budget are provided below.

Monash Council is seeking community feedback on its Draft Budget 2022-23.

The Draft Budget incorporates the major initiatives identified by the Council as priorities in the Council Plan and Financial Plan, to be undertaken during the next financial year.

Feedback closed on 3 June 2022.

Any person may make a written submission on the Draft Budget 2022-23.

Submissions are to be received by Friday 3 June 2022 and can be submitted online below, by email to mail@monash.vic.gov.au or mail to PO Box 1, Glen Waverley, 3150. Submissions can also be hand delivered to the Monash Civic Centre.

Submitters may request, in their submission, to appear in person (or be represented by another person) at the designated committee meeting of Council. This meeting will be held at the Civic Centre on Tuesday 14^th June, at 7pm. In your submission please include your name, address, phone and/or email address. Council staff will contact you with details about how you can make a verbal submission at the 14^th June meeting.

It is proposed that Council will adopt its final Budget 2022-23 at its meeting at the Monash Civic Centre on Tuesday 28 June, from 7pm.
