3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
By entering this competition, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of entry.
4. WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over only who operate a business in the City of Monash. Entries must include ABN as proof of eligibility. Employees of City of Monash and their family members are excluded.
5. HOW TO ENTER
To be eligible to enter the competition, each entrant must complete the survey during the Promotional Period. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
6. COMPETITION DATES
The promotion commences on Thursday 23 March and closes at 11:59PM (AEDST) on Thursday 20 April, 2023 (“Promotional Period”).
7. THE PRIZE
Entrants who complete the survey within the promotional period will be automatically entered into the draw to win 1 of 4 - MGA Prize packs (valued at $150 each).
Please note that the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any component of the Prize for a component of equal value at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
8. CONTACTING PRIZE WINNER
The winner will be selected at random on Wednesday 03 May 2023 and contacted via email on the same day. The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize. If they don’t come forward before the deadline, a replacement winner will be chosen.
9. USE OF PRIZE
Gift packs are not transferable for cash, non-refundable and lost Gift packs cannot be redeemed or replaced.

Your responses may be publicly reported in aggregate and at no time will you be personally identified. Monash Council may retain personally identifiable information to assist us in improving program development and support services, and to communicate information about these programs and services to you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your details and opinions will not be passed on to any third parties.

7. 奖品
在推广期间完成调查的参赛者将自动参加抽奖，赢取莫纳什艺术馆礼包（共三份，每份价值150澳元）。
请注意，发起者保留自行决定将奖品的任何组成部分替换为同等价值物品的权利。
8. 联系获奖者
26/4/2023, 我们将随机选出获奖者，并在当天通过电子邮件与其联系。获奖者要在48小时内领取奖品。若在截止日期前无人领取，我们将选出另一名获奖者。
9. 奖品的使用
